Please read carefully before commissioning
_{By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.}GENERAL• I reserve the right to refuse your commission, for any reason, and without explanation.• Discussion of commissions can be conducted via private messages on the following socials: Twitter, Deviantart, Instagram, and Toyhouse; or it can be conducted via Discord (ionigharts#4335) and Email ([email protected])• If any of these terms are broken you will immediately be privately blacklisted from commissioning with a possibility of being blocked.IMAGE COPYRIGHT AND GUIDELINES• As the artist, I retain full and exclusive rights to the artwork that I produce as a commission. You may not claim it as your own or use it for anything other than personal use.All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or promotional goods; services or social media pages is prohibited unless you have paid the additional commercial-use fee - which is a 200% increase on top of the original price.I do not support NFTs; as such, this fee does not allow my commissioned artwork to be used as an NFT or any kind of cryptocurrency.• My watermark and signature must remain intact and alternated; at any point should these two things not be removed for any reason.• You have permission to repost the artwork where you would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to any of my socials or this carrd) and the image is not altered in any way without prior permission; with the exception of cropping the image for an icon.• I retain the rights to post the finished artwork on any of my socials, and to advertise as an example for future commissions; however, if a piece is asked to be kept private at the time of commissioning, I will do so in respect.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS• I accept payment in USD with the use of Paypal Invoices only.• You have to pay 100% of the balance upfrontIf the total is more than $100, you will have the choice of paying half at the beginning and half at the end. However, I will not start your commission until I’ve received the downpayment.If the total is more than $300, I accept payment plans that will be discussed at the time of ordering and the details will be included within the invoice.• Your commission will be canceled for any kind of non-payment within 48 hours after the invoice is sent; unless we have discussed the details in advance.• By paying for this purchase (whether for a commission or adopt), you agree that you are the cardholder of the card that’s linked with the Paypal account that was provided at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to make sure you are the authorized cardholder. If by any chance we receive a chargeback because the purchase was not made by the cardholder, I take no responsibility for it.• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation; if a commission is canceled by me then you shall receive a full refund.• No refunds will be given once I’ve started your commission; if you wish to cancel your commission and I have not started on your commission at the time of the request, you will receive a full refund.• If a chargeback is issued after the commission has already been completed and sent to you, you will immediately be blacklisted.WORKFLOW AND PROCESS• My estimated turnaround for each commission can vary from 2 weeks - 2 months depending on my availability, health, and workload. If there are any delays in the completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer and my Trello can also be checked for updates.• During this time, you may ask for updates but please be polite and patient. Do not rush me.In order to avoid burnout, it should be noted that I will work on both personal art and commissioned art; I usually work in a staggered process in order to avoid such burnout and maintain my own health.• You will receive a WIP (Work in Progress) throughout the process of the commission and can request a WIP at any part of the commission. If a WIP has not yet been provided, you may change your order if desired (character, new outfit, post, etc)• At the time of the sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions can be requested to be made; this includes any significant charges that result in the redrawing of segments of the image.• After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or revisions will be made. You may request minor changes to be made, however. I, the artist, has the possibility of making errors in the character design or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references. If you notice any of these errors, please notify me so that I may correct them prior to the piece being finalized.
